NAAE provided full architectural and engineering services for the demolition of the Historic Mill No. 2 and the conceptual design for a new 35,000 SF, 33-unit affordable housing complex. Nelson Associates worked with a local developer, local officials, community groups, and officials from federal, state, and local offices in developing a plan for the complex.
