Nelson Associates provided professional design services and construction documents for Adirondack Food & Fuel, a convenience store and truck stop located directly off of Route NY-5s in Frankfort, NY. The 5,000 Square Foot structure is complete with 10 fuel pump stations, 3 diesel lanes, CAT scale, a trucker lounge with showers, and an indoor lunch counter. Approximately 23,000 vehicles per day pass through it. NAAE worked with an equipment vendor for necessary store equipment, designed foundations for the fueling area canopy, and coordinated utility requirements and entrances.
