Jason Gwilt Memorial Senior Apartments, Verona, NY:
NAAE provided full architectural and engineering services as well as construction administration for the development of J.G. Memorial Senior Apartments, a 50-unit affordable housing complex and community center on 10.4 acres. The design for the building achieved LEED® Silver status and included 44 one-bedroom units and 6 two-bedroom units, along with a senior center facility for the community. This project design was completed on an expedited schedule per the owner’s request.
