Faxton St. Luke’s (MVHS Medical Group) Medical Office, Barneveld, NY:

NAAE provided architectural and engineering services for the construction of a satellite medical building.  Work included planning; programming; architectural design; and complete civil/site, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering; construction documents; bidding services; and construction administration.  The satellite office includes a Centrex clinical laboratory, processing room, and two blood drawing rooms. The main facility includes a clean room, soiled room, radiology, procedure rooms, exam rooms, nurses station, administration office spaces, provider office spaces, staff lounge, toilet facilities, storage room, reception, and waiting areas.  The design included a multi-unit HVAC system to address the specific requirements for ventilation and filtration.
