Exterior Lighting Upgrade at Historic Art Deco Building

National Grid Lighting Upgrades for Historic Art Deco Building, Syracuse, NY:

NAAE provided electrical design services to upgrade the exterior lighting at the historic downtown National Grid building on Erie Boulevard.  This project encompassed re-lamping  and  replacing more than 800 aging incandescent lamps with LED lights, bringing this famous element of the Syracuse skyline into the modern age.

The 150 plus count RGBA LED strip fixtures illuminate the ornate tower structure through its historic Steuben glass panels, generating a pallet of vivid colors never before seen in the city.  The state of the art computer system allows full control of color, intensity, and sequencing, creating any combination of moving and static colors to signify holidays and special events, creating an impressive ambiance.
