Presbyterian Homes Parkinson’s Addition

Parkinson’s Residence Addition and Alterations, New Hartford, NY:

NAAE provided architectural and engineering services for this project designed with LEED^® elements. The project consisted of alterations to 18 existing beds in the Elm Wing and an addition of approximately 7,500 SF to house 16 new resident beds, a nurse’s substation, a personal duress/nurse call station, an exercise and fitness area, satellite kitchen and dining area, and program spaces. In additional to architectural, work included site/civil, structural, fire protection, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, fire alarm, and data to support the new addition and alterations to the existing residences.
