SUNY Potsdam Roof Replacement

SUNY Potsdam Lehman Hall Roof Replacement, Potsdam, NY:

NAAE provided architectural and engineering services for the replacement of the approximately 61,120 SF Lehman Hall roof. Roof replacement for this residential hall was completed on various levels and included the roofs over the dining area and entrance canopies.  On the 7th story portion, skylights were removed and infilled, and the mechanical penthouses were clad with metal siding. New aluminum fascia was selected to match adjacent buildings. This was a joint initiative with SUNY Potsdam and DASNY, with professional services performed under DASNY term contract.
