Upstate Family Health Center, Inc., Utica, NY:

NAAE provided services for the build-out of an existing building into a new family health center. Work included space planning, design, and the development of architectural and engineering construction documents for approximately 10,000 SF within the United Auto Parts building in Utica.  The health center design included reception and waiting rooms, twelve exam rooms, nurses stations, an x-ray room, phlebotomy, conference/training room, offices, medical records office, a separate area to support mental health services, and other common areas and support spaces. Full architectural and engineering services were provided and included the coordination of gas and electrical service, under slab piping, and rerouting of sprinkler piping in some areas. The new space meets Title 10, Article 28 Healthcare facilities, as well as Article 31 Mental Health facilities.
