Wilcor International Inc. New Corporate Headquarters and Warehouse, Schuyler, NY:

NAAE provided architectural and engineering services for a 120,000 SF building housing Wilcor International, Inc. Work included development of the 15.5 acre project site, development of a storm water pollution prevention plan (SWPPP); design of gas, water, septic, and electric facilities; exterior site lighting; and parking. The design provided for a future second floor office/showroom addition. All HVAC equipment was integrated into a central control system for maximum energy savings and efficiency. The warehouse has eight loading docks with levelers, a drive-in overhead door entrance for any size vehicle, direct-fired and infra-red heating systems for optimal storage conditions for merchandise, and cost-effective heating for the packaging, shipping, and receiving departments.
